not limited to concept, idea, developmental work and design are solely owned by
CCIL/Clearcorp as the case may be. This software has been licensed to you as a result
of your membership with CCIL/Clearcorp. Any unlawful activity
which includes but not limited to copying, modifying, selling, distribution and
reverse-engineering of the software is prohibited and CCIL/Clearcorp
reserves the right to initiate appropriate action in this regard.
